Hopefully we can answer some of your questions so you can get rolling in the right direction even faster!

What is the best way to contact you?

-You can email us at Usakartparts@gmail.com or call us at 513.666.0434.  If we do not answer, please leave us a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as we can.

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

-We currently run out of Full Throttle Adrenaline Park in Springdale, OH.  We do not have a store that you can look at parts currently and do a majority of our business over the web.  If you would like to set up a meeting with us, please email us at Usakartparts@gmail.com as we do not have set hours at the location we are at!

I need something like... Yesterday, can you get it to me super fast?

-If you are in a rush for something, we will do our absolute best to accommodate, please contact us via phone or email and get a confirmation before placing order.  We will then contact our suppliers to confirm delivery estimate and inform you the cost of rush shipping.  Always good to plan ahead!

I ordered the wrong part, can I return it?

-Once the part is used or shows sign of any wear... We cannot take the item back.  If you receive a part and realize it is not the right one, you can send back and there will be a 25% restocking fee.  If you order the wrong part, please contact us ASAP so we can try to cancel it.
